huge paypal problem! can we still receive payment from mylot and others?

paypal suspended all personal payments from and to india. only payments sent as "goods" or "service/others" with shipping address will be accepted and others will be reversed. it seems that it will take several months(maybe never) to solve this problem. so is that means members from india can't receive payments from mylot, and ptc,ptr and other money making website? if that is the case then we are in huge truble.
