My husband called me five minutes ago and told me that it was snowing. I told him that I did not know that it was snowing. I was sitting in our apartment unaware of what was taken place outside. I wonder how long will the snow last. We never seem to have snow that lasts a very long time where I live at. It is about time... How did you feel when snow started to fall from the sky?? I know many of you are tired of all the snow that you have as of now. I understand that perfectly.

The first snow was amazing. I was happy to see some. The second was ok..now I'm over it..lol..I've had enough and we are supposed to get more this Sunday and Monday. I hate having to drive in it early because it's usually ice by then. I hope you enjoy yours though. I think I'll send you some of mine..lol..what are friends for right?

I know that it is really snowing bad in the East coast of the US and Canada. It must be really annoying to have to shovel and clean up the snow when it snows a lot. I am on the West coast and it really is unusually mild and warm here.

Well here in NYC it snowed pretty hard during the week and there is still snow in the streets. I really like it when it snows because it's so pretty outside and it just makes me feel good inside. I don't like the aftermath though when it's all slushy and there are parts where it's icy and you could fall and hurt yourself. But other than that I feel pretty good when it snows, it makes everything outside look prettier.

Hey cream! I don't think that too many people here want to even think or see snow anymore at this point! I live in NY and we just go our biggest snowstorm of the year so far and it wasn't too much fun! But, I certainly can't and won't complain when other states have gotten so much more! I feel badly for them because I know that I am already sick of the snow! I can't imagine having a few feet of snow! We got a foot and that was more than enough! So, be careful what you wish for!

Here in the UK they've had loads of snow in Scotland and the North East of England. Here in the North West of England we got some snow but had major problems with ice over Christmas and New Year. Nothing doing at the moment although I do know they've had more snow in Southern England. Whether that will move up here or not I don't know. I feel sorry for those who've had to endure snow for weeks on end but it is nice when you first see it coming down. I always smile when that happens; dunno why but I do! Stay safe.

Hi, Janey1966. Yes. I have heard all of the horror stories when it comes to the snow. Many people have been snowbound for weeks and they are so tired of it. It is very hard for them to go anywhere. And they are in the house most of the time. Snow is finally here in such a long time. I hope that the snow stays for a couple of days before it decides to melt. I hope that you will stay and be safe in your area too.

Yes, I am pretty sure that the weatherman is practically snow puzzled!

Thank you. We're spared the snow in Cumbria for now but you just never know with this winter, it's been a lot colder and more unpredictable than previous years. It's certainly got the weathermen all in a spin lol.

you can have my snow too. i'm sick of winter in general it's pretty..and it gives the cats something to watch..but it usually ends up being a lingering mess here.

Well, you know that I'm in south Florida so we don't get real snow...we get Florida snow, which is the ash that falls from the sky when they burn the sugarcane. But, when I was living up north, I used to like it a lot when it first started to snow. That was the time to appreciate how pretty and fluffy the flakes were. Of course, if it was a big snow then we had to deal with everything that came with it so that took some of the fun out of it.

Congrats! I'm glad it makes you happy! I don't mind the snow around Christmas time but once it hits February I want it gone! I just can't stand the cold! I wish we could have snow and have it warm. I love the look of snow and I love when it falls but I just can't stand the temperature!!
