Crying usually makes things ok everyone cries in order to feel better to just let out all the sadness that is being with held in ones body. I do cry at least every day so I can get it out of me after that is done though I tend to smile and just accept it. Sometimes it is hard to deal with issues that we may have, but it's also good to keep moving forward with a smile on our face showing people that we are actually ok. Sometimes crying can be the best cure to letting out all your sadness through tears. Maybe I sound a bit crazy, but this is what I believe. Still I wonder how often do you cry??? Does it help you in any way when you cry???

Hi, I don't cry, actually I can't. I don't know how to do it. No matter how severely hurt I am I don't cry. I believe crying is a learned ability. I know crying can be the best cure for deep sadness. But I think I believe more on denial of pain. I want to give lesser and lesser attention to my pain until it cease to exist. Though I too feel lonely and sad and prefer to shut myself out but I don't cry even for once. Take care God bless you

Really so your methos is to not even think about. I have once tried that before, but it is hard to not think about something that hurts me. I hope your life goes well and that your sadness will one day go away.

Hi, No I am not sad. Sorrow has lost its significance to me. Sorrow is nothing but a mental state. When the sorrow comes, it strikes you so bluntly and prosaically, that it often leaves you shocked, clueless. But if you have a greater understanding of reality and a high degree of surrender to god, then you will not take much time to recover. Invincibility comes with self realization and a 100% belief in God. A 100% belief is difficult no matter how hard we try. It can be accomplished only with sufficient reduction of ego, which is even more hard to accomplish. Hard but not at all impossible dear. Take care God bless you

I also do not let anybody see me cry because I want to deal with it by crying by myself. Yes their is nothing wrong with men crying I am sure that they also cry, but don't like to admit it. Still crying helps us deal with our emotions.

I know right I also tend to cry so easily especially when I just think about sad things. Like losing my parents is a very sad thing that I don't want to ever come.

We cry every time when we are being hurt. But, crying is a normal reaction. It only helps me set me free because if we do not cry we won't even be free.

I don't cry often. I did when I was younger, but not now. But of course here are some days when the feeling is so bad and so sad that I do cry. I mostly cry about movies LOL ;) More than about my sad feelings...

..hi.. I'm also fond of crying.. .. and you're right.. for me, crying is a way of releasing the burden in that we carry in our heart.. but after drying my tears, I would promise myself not to cry for the same reason again.. crying isn't a sign of defeat.. it is a sign of being strong accepting the fact that we need an outlet of what we feel.. and then after that, we regain strength and continue to move on.. but I don't cry everyday.. I just cry when I feel like crying.. and I always smile after that.. of course, we always have the choice to be happy even if we are experiencing some problems..

Your right crying does make us stronger because we have the need to not cry over the same thing again and that's how we get to deal with every day life. It's always best to be happy after crying.

It seems like I cry a lot espcially lately. I have been so upset that I am not working much and am stuck at home a lot because my husband and I have one car and he needs it for work. My husband has strange hours and the last two days his boss calls him at 4AM to go into work at 5AM. His boss does not even say he is sorry for waking me up. I am always crying because I am always worrying that we do not have enough money for the basic necessities.

AS far as I am concerned, I never cry when I am a little older. But Frankly speaking, I was so young a boy, I usually cry just like a little girl who will cry when something comes to her. But that is really me. I just cry when a little thing happen to me. I will think off my parents then. But with the time went by, I become growing up. I know that I am a true man. Man should have no tears in eyes. And I swear not to cry any more.

people do cry a lot in childhood. When one grows up slowly the cry is reduced. Even at times of distress and sorrow grown up people suppress their attitude to cry because that makes one look awkward in front of others. But to cry out the sorrow helps to relieve stress and reduce heart attacks. Men cry less than women being less emotional comparatively. When a problem could not be solved by any better to cry it out so that health is not affected.

Crying really makes me feel better, if I have no one to turn to and I felt that the world is against me and no chance to escape, I cried and after that I felt better and make the possible things to lessen all of worries. Right now, I am so depressed because of what's happening to my family and financial problem. I often cries because I belive that it is the best thing that makes my feelings fine.

I have cried twice this week. I just cried last night while praying. I confessed all my fears to God. It is very easy to make me cry because I am very sensitive. You are not crazy if you cry everyday--you'll get past that. I also do cry several times a month. However, just like you, I also don't let my family see me cry. I do it either in the bathroom or in the bedroom. It feels really good, and then afterwards I feel like I haven't had any burdens at all. The only downside is that I don't share with any person my emotions inside.
