Word is Gary Marshall is working hard to bring his hit comedy, Laverne and Shirley to the big screen. Getting his sister Penny to direct it would be the icing on the cake. Laverne and Shirley was a great show, I can still hear the theme song in my head. Gary if you're going to do it, please cast the write women to play Laverne and Shirley and make sure they have chemistry. Tina Fey would be great.
