Well? I am looking for the best PTR website out there that pays its members via Liberty Reserve. It has to have a huge members base & getting a ton of traffic. It should also send out a lot of emails per day etc. I am not looking to make money off of this website, I am looking to promote another niche website that perfectly fits this category. I already know on DonkeyMails and No-Minimum so don't give those.
