Have you tried sending money in other's PP account?

I would like to address this question to all the people from India. I met a new friend a while ago from India and we exchange funds from my AP to his AP and his PP to my PP. What happened was PP deducted some fees so I got less than what I should receive. While he received the exact amount on the other hand. He said he could not find the option personal payments so that there will be no extra fees charged, only online purchases was available. Do you experience the same thing? IS that what have gone wrong in PP for India?

hi! no, i haven't tried this, just because i don't have any money in my PP account, but i know from my friends, that it is easy and takes only a few seconds
