My cat has been staring at me for a while I gave her food and water. I petted her all morning. I wonder why she keeps staring at me? What do you think she wants?

Maybe she doesn't want anything. Maybe she's happy and she's just staring at you because she loves you. OR...she's plotting something...lol

My cats can be like that sometimes. If they think I'm too "active" they will look at me, walk around, and act like they want attention when they've been fed, watered, and given some minnor attention. I had one cat who'd walk around and meow constantly if George was walking around a lot. As soon as George sat down, the meowing stopped.

She wants your attention for some reason, take some time, sit down and ask her out loud and with you mind. Just say her name and ask the question. Don't project or guess. Be quite and wait. If just a hint of something comes to mind follow up on it. Sometimes this takes a while to learn to do this with your animals, but just remember they talk with body language as much as sound. Good Luck

She wants to steal your soul. lol Or she's wondering how such an "inferior" specimen as a human being is still alive. Cats do have a superiority complex after all
