Pointing out the impossibilities

Have you ever sat down to watch a movie that is filled with action and adventure with someone, get drawn into the storyline, then have someone rip you out of it but pointing out how that situation was impossible/could never happen/ridiculous? It happens to me all the time. I get absorbed into the story, ready to be suspended in fiction then someone has to bring reality into the storyline: "That could never happen" "They would actually die if they did that" "That's impossible" I get that some of the movie's have far fetched ideas, but I am able to forgive them of these if the story is good enough to let me escape for awhile. However, once somone points out these "flaws" in the storyline, they are always in my head so whenever I watch the movie again, I remember what I am told.
