Hi everyone! I need some help regarding that site. It was very easy for me to register, and now, they are giving me a hard time in canceling/deactivating my account. Their instructions are not so clear. I have won a project and they placed a $-5 (yeah it's negative) on my account but I was not able to complete it because of unexpected things that came up. what does that -5 mean? i have sent them tickets expressing my intent to deactivate my account and they are giving me a hard time. I have contacted the project owner and he said that once a project has started, he can do nothing about it. But he is very willing to cancel me on the project but doesn't know how. Their online support just sends me computer-automated responses and tells me to cancel the project with the employer first and they will get back at me in 2-3 days time. I already followed that and still haven't received an answer from them.What should I do? Will that site charge me money for not being able to do the project? I am afraid that they may require me to pay the amount in dollars. Is it okay to just keep myself out from that site though they haven't canceled my account yet? Will they track me and let me pay? Please help me.thanks a lot.I would really appreciate it.
