you know that before opening any e-mail id, joining any site , downloading, etc , its mandatory to read terma and conditions and if you agree, then only you are allowed to move further. but seriously, do you really go through them or blindly accept them?

Well kind of good question actually. I sometimes read terms and conditions when that is important for me otherwise i just join without reading it.

I only read the parts which contain information about any fees related to usage of the site or program. I also seek for information on basic functions of the site/program. But in general, I just ignore all these long texts and tick "I agree" under the text, in order to proceed.

There are times I admit I find myself skimming that stuff. I get the general idea and try to hit most of the main points. I doubt most people even do that much. Then again, I doubt most people even read them word from word. Some of them are long and I think if the website expects everyone to read every single word of those monster sized terms and conditions they are only deluding themselves. I hit most of the main points and more often than not, I end up fine.

I never really read the terms and agreements past the first 2 paragraphs. I really need to start reading them more.
