is paidtoviewtube totally dead?

I just wonder paidtoviewtube.com is totally dead or what? On the past week, I tried and tried to get to that website, it just giving error message while loading that site. My gosh, there is too many websites turn into scam site, or dead site. I might just waste my time and effort on it. Does anyone have any idea of what is going on with this website?

I was a member of this site,but gave up after a while,it just took too long to make money and the site didn't seem legit.Thought this site wasn't worth my time and effort.I tried to access it a moment ago and my browser said "Cannot find server".So guess it lived up to expectations and turned SCAAM.
