It is truly disappointing but the truth is Indian bowling is weak and really can't have any effect on good batting sides. The first innings show in the Kolkata test against South Africans again proves this point. There is no way India winning any Test Match with this kind of bowling. Disappointed to core. Only hoping is left. Share your views! Happy Mylotting!

Yeah, Indian bowlers have hit back! Somehow they do it at times. If they can do the same in Second Innings then India can hope for a win. Otherwise still there is no guarantee of a win! The good thing is the match is still in such a situation where India can hope of a victory and by that retaining their number one test team status. Time will tell about it. Let us wait and watch! Happy Mylotting!

ya i agree with you i think that this is the end of the india being no.1 in the tset rankings . they dont have a good bowling attack . all bowlers are struggling . i dont think india can even draw this teat match . its a waste to watch india playing anymore i am very upset with what they are doing now . its very poor to play such a poor cricket in home . amla the man with no form till last match cema e and scored a double century and he is looking good to do that , this is poor cricke from india . they will lose their no.1 spot .

I think now India can hope for a win as Indian bowlers somehow managed to avoid the last test repeating! Let us see can they do the same in second innings because that's what decides India being number one test team or not. Happy Mylotting!

Any team needs at least 4 good bowlers in the side. India currently have 2 -- Zaheer Khan and Harbajan Singh. Well, they are at least not a too bad performers. We need 2 more... Well, I think Sreeshanth record in test matches has been quite impressive compared to that of ODIs. I think he should have given a chance in the second test against South Africa dropping Ishanth. Sreeshanth has an incredible record against South Africa in tests. VRV Singh was once picked up as a fast bowler for a couple of overseas tour and he has dropped ever since... I think he should be given one more chance...

Most of our matches are lost in the board room only. They are the real culprits. Our selection body is body without soul. One can write volumes on this.

Hi Meapas! Yes, more often than not the selectors mess with the selection of the team. Happy Mylotting!

Yes, Zahir was the one who looked in form among the Indian bowlers. But Harbhajan's 3 wicket haul helped India and now India can hope for a win! Happy Mylotting!

Though the Indian Bowling is weak yet it is enough to bowl out the proteas twice in a test match. What it really lacks is confidence. If the main strike bowlers are not able to deliver then one can't expect the others to do the job.The moment the likes of Harbhajan and Zaheer Khan starts taking wickets this team will be a transformed lot. What is more worrying is the failure of the Indian batting. The absence of Rahul Dravid at the number 3 slot cannot be filled.Hence, the problem of this Indian team is not taking wickets it more about having a solid middle order.
