Any Idea to improve employee moral?

Dear all,
i have an assignment from my boss which is far beyond my competency and field.
but somehow i have to do it.
it's one of our business unit will be facing a relocating plant in near future.
this condition has impact to the existing employee and new recruited 10 employee. they are loosing their hope in that company.
My director sees this unfavorable condition and ask for advise what to do the employee so they can still contribute at their best effort to company.
Please give me some opinion.
I think of NLP (neuro linguistic programme) or even hypnosis so they can focus to their job instead of thinking the negative effect of relocating.

I think that you should ask the other employees for their input. What is a morale problem for each of them? What do they think would help improve the problem? What policies are making it hard for them to do their jobs efficiently? etc.

the problem is really obvious, the plant will be relocated otherwise it's will be closed down. all the employee are preparing themself to other chances outside the company. that's ok with us actually. but you know while they are still our employe e. they still have to work professionally regarding their jobs.
