Have you ever lived in an apartment building with annoying neighbors?

I haven't experienced that noisy children problem too often, there were perhaps like one or two cases when it was late and they were running around their apartment and playing piano. The more serious problem I had was the problem with loud music and parties. There used to live one man above us. He was like 40 years old, but still he liked to invite his friends over on weekends. They had extremely noisy dance-parties and they were drinking a lot too, so there was always a crazy ruckus coming with their parties. Fortunately, that man decided to move to another place, now there is an old lady living above us. She is calm and quiet and doesn't cause any troubles, except the water accident we had recently. She left the water in the bathroom running and fell asleep, so the water started to flow down through her floor into our apartment.

i lived in an apartment a few months ago... i had three children, and the lady that lived above me had one child... that just started walking. they were so loud upstaird, we couldn't even sleep good at night. her kids ran around all day and alot in the evening. all we heard was bumping... and it sounded like they were throwing things up there. it was really bad. im so glad i don't have to deal with that crap anymore.
