have you ever had a restless leg syndrome?

I just hate it. I really hate when it attacks my legs. Everyone thins tht restless leg syndrome happens only during at night time or bedtime. But i say, it attacks even when you're just sitting. At school, inside the bus, or even when you're just watching TV. It's like a tingling sensation in the ankle and foot area that has the urge to be moved. i just dont like it. it wakes you up in the evening and sometimes very hard to fall back asleep.
