It could be athlete's foot. Tinea Pedis or atlete's foot is a skin condition caused by fungi, w/c particularly thrive on the upper layer of our skin. The fungus loves to thrive in moist conditions, like when you feel SWEATY in between your toes when you are wearing shoes! It is spread from person to person, especially when you use another person's footwear or when you walked bearefoot. I remember when i was young (elementary level) and studying on a public school there in the province we (students) are very happy if theres a very rain. because for sure the class would be cut and the school will be look like a mini swimming pool or looks like a pond :)) so me and my classmate can play over the flood outside the school. and i remember that we also trying to catch the fish on the flood.( i still remember my mom's very loud voice) hehehehe because of to much playing on the flood (ofcourse bare foot) i got some athletes foot that time and it was really very itchy. but it was cure by some oitment. have you ever experience to have this skin condition?? share your itchy foot story :)

i remember i when i was a kid i used to have that because i love playing in the water with my shoes on and after i removed my shoes it smells very bad and my mom tried to remedy it by putting baby powder in my socks before i put it on and after a while smell disappeared.
