Do you think the storyline with Patty now is too mcuch?

patty is almost as bad at tormenting Jack as Sheila is to Lauren. I really don't like the idea of Jack married Patty thinking that it was Emily. Are we supposed to believe that as unstable as Patty is that she could pull off such a stunt and that no one would notice that she wasn't herself. Also, would we honestly believe that although these women look alike, they would sound a like too? This storyline is almost as annoying as the whole Adam/Sharon storyline. How can she not remember that he told her that her baby was alive? These writers need to look at things from a fans point of view.
