I was just wondering whether we earn something when we answer quizzes and play games... Specially the games and what are the mechanics? Does anyone know?

Are you referring to the quizzes and games? World winner or Anno1777? As Alice stated above, the games and quizzes are just for fun and the point and scores can't be converted. I never got to try world winner, but I have and am still playing anno1777.
