hello, just go paypal.com choose for personal account and register it.. after you have already your paypal account which paypal notify you to your e-mail add, then it is the time you should add put it into your mylot account so where your payment goes..

Go to the site www.paypal.com. And create new account.

You can not create paypal account on mylot, but you can create paypal account at paypal.com, after you registered and verified your email address (verified by using the verification link or code which will be send to your mail), you can than added that same email address that you used for registering at paypal.com to your mylot account.
