I smoke for years today, many of my friends have advised me to stop it... because as it says 'smookings kills' it was later 'Smoking is dangerous to your health'. Yet, still half of the number of friends I have smoke too, so it is hard for me to stop smoking either. Now, I want to hear from you, anyone here who smokes? And what did you expect happening to you as a result of this 5 to 10 years later? Is this true that smoking really kills? Who can give some death rates of smoking? Somehow, I want to stop, but it is hard... I have used some filters too that says can reduced 60% of nicotine from coming in your body, but it just reduces the taste of cigar. Finally, who is successful here to stop smoking?

hello. i'm not a smoker but i can give you an advice. if you decided to really quit smoking, do not quit abruptly! have you tried that before? have you experienced vomiting, tremors, muscle pains, anxiety, insomnia and the likes? those are called withdrawal symptoms. You do not want that to experience if you haven't because i know some people who have experienced it and they regret the hell of it. It would make you feel really uncomfortable and you won't be able to do the things you would normally do on a daily basis. so if you want to quit, quit gradually. if you smoke 10 times a day, try smoking 9 times tomorrow. on the next day try 8 times and so on until you can finally live a day without smoking. have a nice day primeaque86 :)

I think i owe some thanks chocolatelle, yes you are right, 4 months ago I've tried to stop smoking when I got ill, and my brother suspected it was all because of smoke... but then I experienced sleepless night for about a week. So I went smoking again, but rumors about the danger of smoking alarm me now... thanks for the nice tips.. lol
