The US Government Can Continue Using Credit, Going Further in Debt Why Can't We

Yeah I don't understand how that all works either. Or how other countries can "buy" our debt? Don't forget credit card companies continue to jack up the rates so that people who were able to pay their bills before are struggling & at the hands of those companies. As if they don't pay their minimum & on time they are subject to interest rates as high as 30%. Now that sounds foolish to me! punish someone who couldn't make their minimum and make it more difficult to pay.
