how to unlock my blackberry ?

unlocking mobile phone - some mobile phone are locked so, you cant use them with other service provider but the one which they are blocked for.

hello! my sister sent me a blackberry pearl 8100 but it is locked to AT&T company. does anybody know how to unlock it?
