How long you use a computer continuously ?

The computers these days have become our necessity. We do our work on computer for several hour a day. Sometimes we work for the whole day on our computer. But the correct way is that we should give us a break after every 2 hours of continuous working on our computer. It reduces stress and keep us away from back pain. So always try to work after taking rest at regular intervals.

ya its irritating to use computer more than 5hours. itsok upto 5 hours if its more than that its difficult.

hi! i am using a computer continuously from about 3 years, i mean continuously every day or at least 4-5 days in a week. I started using it when I was at the high-school

I spend far too much time on my computer these days, and I know that I should take regular breaks away from the screen. The problem is that I get either very involved with games or just writing, and often forget to take a break.
