* To have a good night's sleep,go to bed and wake up around the same time everyday. * Don't watch TV while in bed. Instead, keep your room a sleep haven. * Minimize light, noise and extreme temperatures in your bedroom. If you've gotta have some sound, try playing a radio softly or turning on a fan. *Relax before you hit the sack by taking a warm bath. The rise in body temperature will make you feel drowsy and ready to snuggle up. *Avoid caffeine six hours before going to bed, including soda, tea and chocolate. *Don't exercise within four hours of bed-time,but working out early in the day can actually help you sleep. *Don't nap during the day.If you absolutely have to,keep it to no more than 30 minutes. *A rested night gives you energy, bright eyes, healthier skin, better muscle tone and improved posture.

All what you have shared are helpful for those having sleep problems. I also can suggest that there are many factors that can contribute to one's sleeping problem and remedy pattern. Some have their hereditary acquired illnesses that resulted to snooze problems. They need to seek a physician to be given an appropriate treatment. This is good that your shared thoughts are highly aim by any people who wanted to have a relief of sleep problem. In all people from different races and lifestyle.

If you can't sleep, try drinking milk before bedtime. milk is a good drink for sleeping because it's rich in "tryptophan" which is an amino acid. it will go to your brain and increase the production of "serotonin" which is a neurotransmitter that can make you feel sleepy. but wait there's more! when you take your milk warm, it will comfort and soothe you and you'll fall asleep in no time :)
