Is Toyota being harassed by the Government?

It seems that the Obama Administration, Democratic Congressional Leaders and the United Auto Workers are all demanding that Toyota turn over their records to see if they responded to the recall in a timely manner. I googled the NTSB to see what other probes were don on Auto Makers to see if they were done in a timely manner. I found three pages, all of them dealing with the current Toyota's Recalls. There were no other probes into timeless of Recalls. Why was Toyota singled out? 1. They are a foreign Corporation 2. They are the biggest Competitor to GM and Chrysler 3. They are a non union Company 4. They are not controlled by the Union (GM and Chrysler are partly owned by the Union and the government) This is how things are done in Chicago - don't just beat your enemy or competition Destroy them. When Barack Obama was running for the State Senate some how his opponents were destroyed in public, When he ran for the US ?Senate his Democrat Opponents were force out and during the election his Republican Opponent was publicly destroyed. It was done by people and groups that supported him. This is the mentality of the Chicago Political machine. Now this machine seems to be in Washington DC.
