Eating the right food makes everyone keep in shape

Eating properly is very satisfied to me especially more on vegetables and fruits during lunch time. Eating less meat say twice a week makes me slim and keep my shape in tack at size 31. Morning is loaf of bread, milk,with piece of mango fruit. Dinner is with rice, steam fish with salad and banana.Fasting at lunch time during Sunday have to detox myself from cholesterol and fats. I see to it balancing my diet all around during the week.Till now, I don't have any sign of major diseases at all.Do you check your diet?

Well said, the most problems today is because of change in food habit and life style. A well balanced food at right timings at right way can keep you fit and healthy. Nice to hear..do keep up!

wao.. you really look after yourself. as for me, no i don't check my diet. i just EAT!!! and when i feel like i fill my clothes, i know it's time to diet. And then i watch what i eat and how much i eat. i normally just cut down on carbs and chocolates.

usually i am not responding in the below 500 ratings scorer, but though i am in bodybuilding since last 7-8 years, i was compelled to discuss with you, because you needs some attentions like me, either this time my physique is in not very good shape, but iam completely agree with you, that only right food make your shape good, make you feel healthier, from mind, soul and phusique
