A New Way to Try Custard

I am currently trying to lose weight and bought some dairy free custard. I mixed a little ground ginger in with it. I have it cold because I find that everytime I heat up pre-made custard, it goes very thin and I prefer mine more thick. It reminds me of ginger cake and custard and if it was hot it would be even more like it!
