Upbux announced that they are not going to continue anymore due to Paypal issues. The world knows Upbux as one of the top PTC sites and Upbux was considered to be trusted and legitimate, always paying members on time. If Paypal has decided to limit a site like Upbux with a charge of suspicious activity, one wonders as to what will happen to hundreds of other PTCs which use Paypal as a payment processor. Please give your thoughts and suggestions on which payment processors can be trusted by online earners.

It seems to occur only at new sites and PayPal will not do that if they submit all the documents required by PayPal to identify users. I am more often to use PayPal and millions of others as a secure online account and reliable.

Hi May2k8 - That is a good observation. As I mentioned earlier it will not be known as to what circumstances triggered the limiting of Upbux account. There never smoke without a fire.

I have no idea about it but I seriously hope it doesn't affect those legitimate ones. But the saga of UpBux - Paypal, it's pretty hard to tell and with a lot of rumors going on, it's very hard to think neutrally whether is there certain theories going on behind. Hopefully UpBux will be able to resolve the issues with Paypal but I read from BuxWiki that they are looking at providing other payment processors. Hopefully more good news with good news will come from UpBux.

Hi warvial - Many are hoping to hear some good news especially those with high stakes in the form of investments in Upbux. It all depends on the site's management as to how they resolve the issue and whether they want to continue or not. As one of our friends pointed out here, their account has only been limited and they still have some funds. They can also switch to other forms of payment - in fact there may be a lot of things that they may be able to do to help themsleves and their members. It all depends whether people in such a spot want to fight or to flee(with perhaps the money that is left ;-))

since today whenever I go to that site I am redirected to the Forum which has all posted comments against paypal and no matter what you do you cannot go to any other place on that Upbux site- it seems to have been frozen at the forum and impossible to login or contact or even faqs!!

Hi udayrao2 - There is only one screen that has been displayed on Upbux for the last about 14 hours now. Upbux has mentioned on that page about their account being limited by Paypal and have promised to give refunds to members when funds will be available. But once an account has been frozen by Paypal it is very difficult to get it back.

I have doubts. If paypal is not supporting, why they are not using other payment processors like alertpay or liberty reserve or any such ones. Why they are closed the site. But, one thing, so far this site was running beautifully.

Hi basqui - Paypal usually restricts accounts when they discover suspicious activity. I don't think anyone will come to know about what were the circumstances that led to Upbux's account being limited because Paypal does not make announcements about individual accounts. But from feedback from the other Paypal members found on the web, Paypal does not release funds once it freezes accounts. That is where the members will lose - common people who work on sites like Upbux for an income.
