Why Blame Paypal when PTCs are in trouble?

I have nothing against Paypal. Since I started my online earning journey from paid bloggings on 2008, joining and winning online contest, writing articles and even using Xoom money transfer, so far I have not trouble. I have also contacted their costumer service for the queries.
Lately, another PTC site might be closing for some paypal issues or problems. I do not agree with some scam reviews against paypal.
What can you say about paypal?

Honestly, paypal has deal with these issues before and to a more experienced extent than some of us think. So I kind of am having mixed feelings with this site at the moment as I also have invested a little time finding that it was too good to be true, which exactly was what happened. Next thing, paypal is to blame and it's the mafia taking away the people's money. So what next? I don't know as far as I'm concerned, there wasn't no back up and that was kind of a bad move as this is the second time they have been investigated. I should have seen that coming but like many is willing to believe they will rise above their troubles.
