UpBux' Paypal Account Was Limited

I am a member of UpBux, it's one of the PTC site that i'm working online. When I tried to check the site this morning, an announcement was posted in their landing page. It stated that they cannot continue due to the fact that paypal had limited the account and they were trying their best to contact paypal for so many days. But until now they haven't received a single response regarding the issue. I felt sorry for those people who invested their time in clicking those ads and then all their effort will turn out into nothing. However, maybe a refund on the money invested will be possible but we really don't know if it will be done. Well, I really do hope that it will not happen to any other PTC site that anyone of us are working on to earn extra money over the web.
