Yeah, me too. I always cook fried rice with hotdogs or eggs on the side. That's the typical breakfast in our home. I really make it a point to cook breakfast for my family because I am not sure if they take their lunch properly in school or they will just eat some junk food. At least, they have heavy breakfast for a busy and stressful whole day.

For breakfast on the week-ends, I usually have bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, mushrooms and maybe a few tomatoes A nice, hearty meal to start the day, and you can never go wrong

I usually have rice during breakfast too. My breakfast usually consists of garlic rice, sunny-side-up eggs, and bacon or sausage. We have vinegar-based breakfasts too which is very appetizing, we call them "longganisa" and "tapa."

I need to have some protein in the morning or else I crash by lunch time. So for breakfast, I like to have a breakfast sandwich - wheat toast with soft scrambled eggs, tomato, and some deli turkey. SOmetimes, if I want to reward myself, I add bacon and cheese instead of turkey. It's so good and sustaining.
