This discussion is about trasfat oil. To all who loves health, to all who loves cooking and all who loves eating and to all who eat,,,,,,hmmmm to everyone. Are you using transfat oil? Thank your for sharing, it's informative but the news was several years ago. http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Oncall/story?id=2615217. It was 2006's news.

Hmmm I see. Before I wouldn't care much too. Until I knew that, trans fat are made by a chemical process called partial hydrogenation. Liquid VEGETABLE oil. I was wonderring time to time why the oil becomes like solid though the weather's not cold. Good oil won't get converted to solid. It's worse than butter.

Those made for some very interesting reading. I know that our family doesn't use transfat oils and we really don't use very much oil at all in our home. My father suffered from heart disease and I don't want my own family to have to suffer from this same end so I opt to prepare all of our food in the healthiest possible manner. I think that it is important for people to know what they are putting into their bodies.
