Can I send money in paypal if it's not yet verified and some questions

My paypal account is not yet verified,I have join some site to earn money if they pay me through paypal can I recieve my payment without causing any problems and can I send money if it's not yet verified and what's the maximum money to recieve?

Which site you have joined. If you have register a paypal account and this is not verified. IN this condition money can be sent into your paypal account. but you can get that money in the condition only if you verify your account. Even without verification you will not be able to spend that money also. but you can receive that money into your account.

It depends where you are living in. In the States you can't do anything apart from receiving money with a verified account. In other countries, there's a limit of money you can send/spend.

Yes you can receive payment to paypal from most of the site without verification, but its depends on which site you join. Just check the TOS of the site. And you have to verified to send. You can verified by using your bank account or credit country depending upon which country you are from

You still can send money even your paypal is not verified. But there's limitation to send money by unverified account, max $100 only.

you cant send money unless its verified, i have on my other paypal account and i tried sending it to my other paypal account but it did work, i couldn't even withdraw the money...
