You will probally have to get a paypal account for these kind of sites unfortunately. Perhaps you could get an Alertpay account instead. Other sites you can post tasks on are Minuteworkers(new), Amazon Mechanical Turk, Incomebooster.org, and Odesk. Good Luck!

I only two sites which pays only with Paypal: My Easy Task and Microworkers, there a a lot (yeah very very lot) of tasks to do on both! My Easy Task have taks like joining under a referrals link and others easy and quick things like that but Microworkers, it's more a little work than a little task because the most of tasks are promoting a site by posting an article on a blog, on a forum, write review about a website, ect... THe main one that I know of is Shorttask! This is a site that I use to solve problems with. They are usually simple tasks that do not take much time to complete. Not sure if they accept Moneybookers though. You would have to look into that. Hope you lik the site!
