Transgenders should be treated like everyone else. They have rights, no matter what their personal situation may be. We all go through life changes, and it is during those challenging times that a little human kindness and decency can go a long way in helping everyone feel loved. Should I be treated different because I am a heterosexual female past my 30s? No. I think the world is too politically correct today, and forgets about human decency too easily. It breaks my heart when people are treated badly or discriminated against for whatever reason.

In my personal opinion - no, they shouldn't. I'm actually a homosexual and we get almost as much backlash as transgenders to (except even a lot of homosexuals are hateful to transgenders). While I might think it's -weird- it is somebody's personal choice and we, as separate individuals, shouldn't give them any crap about it. Just as the old saying goes - can't we all just get along?
