do the actors(hero/heroine) deserve more pay than the technicians???

hi guys,
it's a fact that the actors(hero/heroine) gets more pay with lot difference than the directors,art directors,music directors and the other tecnicians like that.i dont think its a fair thing,only those people gives life to that movie but they are paid less.do you think they deserve that?what's your point of view??

You do realize that if the hundreds of people that take part in producing a movie all made as much as the stars did you, me and other movie goers could not afford a ticket to see the movie.
Sorry, I am not going to take out a second mortgage so that everyone working on a movie can make millions of dollars. They make a comfortable living and if they're not happy, they can try to make it as actors themselves.

i dont think so . the directors are the ones who work hard in any movie . the others who work hard for a movie are the assisstant directors who bring in all the things asked by the directors . the technicians deserve a lot . but all are not paid equal to a actor since they work off screen . the on screen heroes always get more money . i think the technicians should be paid equally to a actor
