Is RobertBux legitimate?

I recently signed up for RobertBux and found its premium prices expensive, it looks good as in payout plans but still, it looks like you have to put quite a bit of money in, and also for us free users you have to invest $5 to get paid. Also the number of referrals are limited to 10 (for us free users). Having problems with PayPal as well, but they have an AlertPay button available. Any feedback about this site?
