Hey please suggest (ptc related)

I have some good friends in my own town and they too use net everyday and when they learned what I do to make some money they are also interested to join me as referrals in ptcs and they generally use the cyber cafes in my town so I have thought that if they are interested to work why not me open a net cafe for them where they can come and click their ads and earn money, what I want to know is is it legal and ok with ptcs and what about the IP restrictions because I can affort maximum two computers for the time being please suggest me what to do and how it can be done safely is it can be.

Hey I do not think it is crazy because they pay eventually to net cafes run by some other in my town and if I provide the same they will be happy to do the same joining my cafe and using it this way I will have a local business too and when they are at my place I can help them directly if needed and as they will join they will join me as referrals so I feel its an opportunity for me,but only worried about that they will be using same computers several persons through same computers though they will have their own internet connections through reliance or tata photun and using just the same computer should not be a problem what do you say? Thanks for posting as it helps.
