Making Money Online as A Writer

Many people are looking for ways to make money online, however they put all thier eggs into one basket, for me having numerous ways to make money as a writer is the best route, because if one does not reach payout I am still making money from the others.I write for helium, associated content, bukisa, epinions, shvoong, triond, and many others. Every month I reach payout on two or three places and then the next month every place that did not reach payout does, which gives me a good income. How many different places do you write for that make you money?

It's just really sad that money online isn't really that easy and we need to be really proficient in making articles to really get to earn more. I wish there were online jobs where you don't need to write a lot of stuff. Which is why I like mylot, because you're not really limited as to the number of words, you just say so as you'd like. Not to mention this is like day-to-day conversations.

This site is not really a way to make a living, you can make pocket money and you have to spend most of the day doing a couple of diet, dont get me wrong I love this site, but it is great only for providing me with extra fun money. I am a stay at home mom and I make a living with writing online from my home. Therefore it is great to make money from writing articles. And keep in mind, anything that is too easy is usually a scam. This site is not easy, it is just shorter words but realistically if you want to make what I make everyday from just this site you would need to write about 8000 discussion posts a day.

Anyone can create an article, all you need is to create a great title, while doing that come up with subtitles that would fit that title then write for the subtitles.
Like say you want to write about dogs.
Write a good title "Tips on training your dog"
then subtitles Introduction, training your dog to the leash, training your dog to go on paper, training your dog to be obedient, training your dog to be careful with children.
Then write 5 or 6 sentences about each subtitle topic. This is the easiest way to write a great article.

I think Review stream is also one of the best.At first they wont accept the reviews we do.BUt after some time they will start accepting it.They do pay at the bulk rate of .10 $ Even it is less they won't do it for all the reviews.So they also pay good amount.Shared review is also another best way to write articles and submit.They also pays good.

Thanks but I am no longer a big fan of review stream, I did work for them and I did post articles but when I lost my password they wont give it too me no matter how much I write, that way they dont have to pay me for the articles I wrote. I use Redgage to link to my articles there so I can at least make something for my work.

Personally I have not had much success with my Writing, but have notebooks still full of stuff I would Love to try submitting somewhere. I am looking for sites that pay more than just in hits as well. AC is becoming a hard deal anymore as a lot of the stuff I submit does not get accepted for pay so I am not sure I want to try submitting there, but wanting to find others.

This doesnt mean you are not making money you know you get paid for the ones you submit even if you dont get upfront pay, try it again, or go to another site, there are tons. Another thing is to go to Helium and build up your writing skills.

Reading over your discussion, I had no idea there were so many places to make money writing on line. I know about associated content, helium and of course mylot but that it. I only write here at mylot. I did Gather.com but they dont' pay anyone but United States Citizens so didn't do much there then stopped. I have not heard of many of the ones you mention. Interesting. Do most of them pay anyone and everyone?

You will have to check but a lot of my friends from other countries write for a couple of other places as well, I will try to get a list of international ones. I think that most of them are international though.

i am also working at a few places but not in the places mentioned above as associated content and helium does not pay indians i think. i will look at the other places mentioned here too to see if i can work on the. any indian writers do send me a friendship request so we can help each other earn more. great discussion pastorkayte.

It's good to put your eggs in different baskets LOL. Well, I do write articles online, but only for one site called Triond. Actually I want to write more and register to any other sites, but I have no time to manage them all. So I stick with Triond and try to do my best at it. And yes, I reach payout every month even though I don't write anything at all in a few months

ya patrokayte you are absolutely right. Being a writer can give you great money in your wallet. if you put all your effort in vain then it will give you nothing. don't let your time go in vain. blogging is one of the best way to make money online.
