We all have fears, and it doesn't mean that we're weak.I believe that we are afraid of things we can't control and here's where those fears come from.My biggest fear is to fall in love. This wonderful feeling scares me more than the death itself. And I keep my heart locked because of this fear. What about you? What is your biggest fear?Have you overcome it?

Mine is to loose the power to speak or communicate, like a stroke. I have a friend with a terrible desease, he is gradually loosing all of his control over his body and yet his mind is sharp as ever. This has got to be hell.

Hi Silver! I'd be willing to bet that your fear is not so much falling in love. It's what happens if love ends. Sort of like free falling if you parachute out of a plane. It's not the fall, it's the landing if your shute doesn't open. Don't be afraid (easier said than done), that's what your friends are here for. Besides, if you watch comedy, love gone bad generates a good part of the material. Once you get over the hurdle, it is very healing to find humor in the experience.

Oops..I didn't answer your question. My biggest fear is to have something happen to my son. I just found out that a girlfriend's son was murdered yesterday in New Jersey, and it's been really upsetting because (besides the obvious) he was the same age my son is.

He may avoid dangerous people and places, but he drives too fast and texts while he's doing it. Gives me nightmares..

my biggest fear in life is to die without doing what i really wanted to do in my life. and so right now, i tried to do things whatever i want, eat everything i want and go anywhere. as long as im not doing anything that will ruin myself and my family's reputation. though i got pregnant and the father is no where to found but i will still keep the baby. maybe god have reason why. i dont want to abort it coz if i do then what if someday i will no longer have the capacity to have a child. besides i have my degree not just one but two, so it will not be hard for me to find better job to support my child.

My cousin's a single mother. Her parents helped her to raise her son.Now he's 16 years old. He's a very nice guy.I strongly believe that it would have been a big mistake for her to do an abortion then. It's your life, live it to the fullest.

My biggest fear is to become homeless. Suppose I was not able to make a living and there was no welfare available for me. What would I do. People used to tell me that is an irrational fear, but after seeing what happened to those people during hurricane Karina and the people in Haiti, the fear is more real.

It's real, but let's hope it won't happen to you. It's important to have a few friends you can trust with your life.I really wouldn't leave my friend without food and shelter.I hope they would do the same for me.
