What makes you think that proudly to wear Batik clothes ?

Batik is one of heritage Indonesia. Batik is both an art and a craft, which is becoming more populer and well known in abroad as a wonderfully creative medium. Nowadays, many people wears Batik especially at friday. But i need to know, how about you ? Thanks for your responses.

Batik is one of intellectual properties of Indonesian cultural heritages so Indonesian Government support it and also supported by Batik community. I am proud to wear Batik not only at Friday but also in every time when i use it. Batik has specific characteristic for whom wear it. if i am visiting Batik city so the first thing is looking for Batik. Batik Solo has different pattern with Batik Jogja and others, so i am proud for it.

I also enjoy wearing batik. beside batik is comfortable to wear, it's also cheap enough..LOL..it has wide variations both in colors and materials. and of course I'm very proud of wearing it. like you've said, beside it's one of Indonesian heritage, by wearing batik we also have kinda support to keep the heritage alive in the society..
