I used to be a coffee addict before.. i drink 2-3 cups of coffee everyday.. however, when i got diabetes, that was the only time when i stopped my addiction.. it was kind of hard on my part since drinking coffee has been part of my daily routine.. now, i'm into healthier stuff.. i am drinking 2-3 cups of green tea everyday.. drinking green tea has many health benefits and one of these is lowering blood sugar level in the body... :)

You are very smart to drink green tea instead. Coffee is not good for your health and once I realised this, I gave it up too. I was also addicted to the stuff as so many are. That is why it is the worlds most popular drink!

Yeah..i know, its bad for long term consumption and the extraordinary doses, but maybe if you get balance with your excercise or doing sport, I think there is no problem :D

I like coffee, but I'm not addicted to coffee. I drink coffee if I'm in the mood to drink coffee. drinking too much coffee is not good for health. therefore I do not drink coffee very often. I usually drink coffee, when the morning to relieve sleepiness and as energy.

actually im not a coffee drinker and i really dont drink it but i was forced to drink it during our training at work i used to work in call center before and we have our training at night and i dont have sleep the whole day before that night and so what happened i feel so sleepy and i really cant help it coz my eyes and brain seems to stop working and want to have sleep, and so they advised me to take coffee. at first i didnt find it bad, i like the cappuccino and i remember the 500ml bottle of mineral water i was able to finished 5 of it and so afte our second break i feel so exhausted that i cant breath maybe due to overdose of coffee and they need to rush me to the clinic but i was fine then. the next they prohibit me of not to drink coffee anymore they just told me to take candy instead

For me I drink coffee after a big meal. It sometimes make me feel like it's helping the digestion. A hot vanilla cappucino is my choice of coffee. I don't ususally go to some expensive coffee shop for a cup of coffee.

I can't have one day without at least 3 or 4 cups of coffee. I drink it strong too, it's the first think I have in the morning and if I don't have a coffee everything goes wrong, I get too distracted and make mistakes all day long because there is something missing and that's "coffee".

I think I need to drink coffee all the time! Anything is a good excuse to grab a cup of java! Like when friends come to visit, or chatting with family, or watching a good movie, or reading a book, or working on the computer.... be right back, gotta go get some coffee...

I would advise against drinking coffee. There are a lot of businesses promoting coffee usage these days and it is the most popular drink in the world right now. But it is also very addictive! We all know this, but still consume it as we enjoy it. We often do not realise that the reason we enjoy it so much is because we are addicted to it. I never liked coffee until I was in my early twenties. I was a tea drinker before then, but switched to coffee after living with coffee drinkers. I still drank tea every now and then, but would crave the coffee more. I was addicted! I used to have a coffee each morning and in winter would have more during the day also. I gave up drinking coffee each morning a year and a half ago and after about a month started to feel really good and did not miss it. There were a few weeks at first where I was tempted to buy it, but I stuck to re-hydrating myself with water first thing in the morning and it works much better for me! I feel great all day without it, no coming down late morning anymore!

Coffee is a nice drink it helps me to stay awake. I do not feel active when I dont drink coffee. I only drink occasionally but it tastes great so I am not giving up on drinking it.
