i have had dinner i am in the uk at its 2am here now. I had a lovely dinner home made burgers and home made fries with a big green salad to makeup for all the carbs and red meat . haha!!

im making something i made up. its rice and chopped carrots and chopped coliflower and sausage slices in a pan inthe oven for 45 minutes. i think its really good.

We actually had a bad treat tonight for supper. KFC, popcorn chicken with poutine. Just to put the icing on the cake we ate it while watching the biggest loser.

Dinner tonight is chicken curry and aloo gobi.. My wife is good at both the dishes.. so, tonight is a feast... go home soon buddy... i am on my way...

I didnt really feel like cooking tonight so I just browned some hamburger patties poured cream of mushroom soup over them then mashed potatoes and corn to go with it. I dont know if it has a name. It is just something that my mother made growing up.
