At What Age do You Plan to Pay off All Your Housing Loads?

In my country,young people have to work until 30 average to earn his down payment and then work for his whole life to repay the rest.The financial life for the so called "house slaves" are hard and fragile.
How about the situation in your countries?It the prices of land high?Is it difficult to get bank loan or apply for a private mortgage?

About the same for me too..
Work is important in order to purchase a home, even if it's a 3 bedroom apartment here in my country. That's the least number of rooms that an apartment could have. I think that's because of the limited land in my country, not as large as some other countries out there.. resources some-more. I can imagine one having to work until a ripe old age just to pay the mortgage. Sad but that's the reality..

in our country the guys should get responsibility at 21 but the loan situation is too horrible
