If you don't enjoy your job any more,then resigh your job to the boss.but him,angry of your just for 4 days work,and refuse to give you the salary,could you go to the department of the labor legal supervision to complain for strive? The salary was just only 200 yuan!I've done it!No doubt,the staffs in the departments blame me petty, willful,so little money,give it up better.Honestly,I don't agree with.Though the little money,it also my salary,the boss is richer me more but don't give me little salary 200 yuan,I was right to strive it for myself.I rather donate it to help others than giving benefit the boss for generosity! I do want to know: foreigners,what would be happened in your country?I'm in China!

Actually it depends on employment contract between you and your employer. For example there may be a clause which states that the employee needs to give one week notice (in many companies one month or more) before quitting. If the employee quits on the spot, or gives notice in less than the minimum required period, then the employee has no right to any claim. Once I gave a 24 hour notice, and did not make any claim on the salary. The employere was draining employees' blood. He is now out of business.
