Powerpoint assignment

So I am busy trying to finish a degree in Psychology and one of the required classes is that I take Computers..basic computers. How is it that the class I am taking is basic? I have found it way more detailed then a basic computer class.. sigh Anyway, due today was a powerpoint autobiography of my life. How do you put your bio on 10 slides? I squished 45 years into 12 slides accompanied by recordings for each I am not a computer whiz but the class has taught me things I never knew before.
