Do you enjoy baby cry?

A few days ago, my sister has a baby, and he cry from time to time. My elder mother stay with them for a long time, and she could not sleep very well. She tells me she has to leave them and come to live with me later. Can you endure baby cry all the time?How can you handle with their cry?
