i am aiming to make 190,000 plus friends

Has this been done before, what I want to do is befriend the entire mylot community.
I guess that it is my attempt at the guiness book opf records lol.
Oh on your way out don't forget to befriend me .

i guess if you really send a lot of friends request then you gained that number. but of course having a lot of friends has its difficulties. i used to have a lot of friends maybe around 700. but deleted the people who i know are active but does not join my discussion. friendship is no use if someone on your list does not join your discussion. i notify them all on and open my email to see what discussion they have started. like this one. i saw it on my mail. i response to all the discussion as long as i know what to response. if a person on my list is active bu does not join my discussion i delete them. now i have almost 500 friends i guess.... and keeping an eye on it har har har. just my style. good luck on making friends.

I think that SharonBucks is the only MyLot member to have even approached that figure (and that is simply because 'she' is (or was) automatically added to every user's friends list: actually, I'm not sure whether that still happens!). Although the 'MyLot Population' shows as nearly 200,000 members, most of them are no longer active.
Personally, I try to only add people as 'friends' who share the same interests as I do and whose discussions I am likely to be capable of contributing to. I currently have around 300 people in my 'friends' list and even that is, I feel, rather too many to keep tabs on. Friends in MyLot, as in life, should be gathered carefully and out of mutual respect rather than from the motive of something like a schoolboy collecting stamps or matchbox labels!

Oh, Cmon OPwlwings, I love collecting stamps and weird things, I also love the eclectic blend on this Site. There is abso. no way I would have put this up on hubpages.
Great on your 300 thats pretty good. maybe I need to befriend SharonBucks, Who is she, or shouldn't I ask that.?

if you can overcome all the discussions in and out of your friends then you can done it. I was not having enough time to visit the discussion that they make and of course must be in accordance with my choice to be me respond.

I think that it would be impossible even for Owlwings and his 300 friends to attend all the discussions, its just a peace thing with me.

Wow! That's certainly a challenge, but not impossible. It's always good to make more friends. I am sure you can find some bosom friends here in myLot. Wishing you all the best!
