taking vitamins

I've heard from a friend who told me awhile ago that Vitamins did responsible to gain her weight. Do you believe on this? Do you take any vitamins daily? What kind of vitamins do you take?

Hi Care, i am not a vitamin taker. maybe, the vitamins made her appetite for food great and she loves eating so what do you expect. she will certainly gain weight or extra weight. she must be conscious about her cravings. she needs to reflect on her eating style before taking the vitamins, then assess if it really made her gain weight!

you got it right friend. that's the main reason for her increasing in weight. she better watch out her food intake or else it will be worst!

You got it right, the vitamins makes increase her appetite thus she crave to eat more than what she used to, that's why she taught that her vitamins makes her gain some weight. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Hey careguarden! Vitamins do not make you gain weight! That is totally false! I take vitamins and I am not really sure if they help me, but I do know that they don't make you gain weight! I don't know where your friend heard this but, she is absolutely wrong! I take a regular over the counter multi-vitamin!

Well it's my friend who experienced that, yeah it was not the vitamins that makes her gain weight, rather it's her appetite, since she take vitamins she began to eat more. That's why she gain weight. For me, I also believe that vitamins can't make you fat. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

I have vitamins like centrum, it's food for the brain. It did not gain any weight but keeps me bright.I take it weekly.

Oh you're taking the same vitamins with my friend, she did take centrum for months and it increase her appetite, that's why she gain weight. Well I think it all depends with the person and the effect. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Well proteins build the body and little fat helps to gain weight. Vitamins and minerals are for the strength of the body. Natural vitamins are best, which you get from fruits, milk and vegetables.

Vitamin has nothing to do with gain in weight. I take vitamin just to revive my lost energy and to restore my good mood,body and mind.I did not experienced gaining weight.

Yeah, I also believe that vitamins doesn't makes you gain weight, however there are those vitamins that increase your appetite thus results to increasing your weight. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

vitamins dont make you fat cuz they exist in small amount in the body maybe he or she just eat a lot because vitamins can sometimes increase your appetite so in a way yeah vitamins CAn make you fat but not directly

i dont know as i took vitamins ever since and my weight still the same. maybe its the way they consume food if they eat a lot or not. vitamins re only supplement like to supply complete vitamins of what our body needs coz some foods we eat are lack with some vitamins that our body needs.

There are vitamins that can make your weight gain. These are the vitamins that besides providing you with nutrients, it will also make you sleepy and triggers you appetite that is making you eat a lot because you always feel hungry. Try "Propan"

If you are going to take vitamin or other supplements make sure you discuss with your doctor for possible benefits or side effects that can occur.Too much of every thing is harmful but nature is safe.Take plenty of fruit juices and green vegetables if you are suffering any vitamin deficiency.Apples,oranges,grapes,honey,lentils ,lettuces ,are all loaded with natural vitamins. Yes i believe vitamins causes weight gain. I dont take any vitamin at regular basis but very rarely i take vitamin B6 .
