how many messages you have stored at max in your phone ever

i was thinking to make a kind of record for myself and thought to have a big number of messages in my phone but when i cross the 1500 msgs it was getting slower. so finally i decided to delete some of them. what is your own record of messages.

The max number of messages my samsung can hold is 230. I delete my messages regularly to reduce clutter and inprove performance of the phone over all. currently I'm not sure how are in my phone, probably close to that. Though to prevent problems I delete messages every so often at least once a week if not more.

hi mylotters i would say that my nokia 6300 mobile has a huge capacity of storing cell text messages the highest record ever is 1055 i guess, it was so awesome, but because of some reasons i had to quit my cell. so i lost all the messages.

The most i have ever stored on my phone was around 200 messages with my LG.

In my cell phone i do have maximum that 95 messages not more than that.
